Many thanks to Hugh Johnston, 1967 JC, who was kind enough to provide this album.
About this album, he writes, “I have greatly enjoyed the recently posted Command Performance on BandSir. I have a large collection of band records, but since the launch of BandSir, I find it more convenient to go there for the recordings. But it got me wondering if I had any albums that are not on the site. Turns out I have two! They are Steps of Glory and Music Men of Valley Forge. One has a drum major on the cover, the other a good picture of Col. Feltham. I don’t know the years, but both identify the Duke as “Lt. Colonel.” That would date these circa 1960 give or take a year or two.“
Saxophone soloist: Cadet Albert C. Fry
