1973 Broadcast from the Kennedy Center

Band Sir! Posted on July 19, 2020 by Dan WolfeJuly 21, 2020

[Comments on this post have been turned off in favor of the linked page. When you get there, please share your memories of the event in the comments on that page.] You’ll want to click on this. I called the Kennedy Center, I wrote to PBS, who televised the concert, and to the local DC newspapers, none of which produced a single thing. Thanks to Ron Youngs, we have the video of the event as it … Get your chin in and keep reading…

Maintenance is Complete

Band Sir! Posted on June 28, 2020 by Dan WolfeJune 28, 2020

As I mentioned a while ago, I had to transfer the domain registration and DNS service from one provider to Google Domains. I believe that this transfer is complete, however your home computer may have old information stored and hasn’t quite yet got the update. That information should be updated within a day, I suspect. There is no action for you to take. Please let me know if any problems accessing the site are NOT cleared up within a day or so. Thanks everyone for your patience! I appreciate it greatly. Hopefully, it’s all back to normal. Band, Sir! Dan … Get your chin in and keep reading…

Clearing browser and DNS caches may help alleviate the issue. Otherwise, the site is working as it ought to. Thanks for your patience! Dan

1970 Early Spring Concert Posted

Band Sir! Posted on April 15, 2020 by Dan WolfeApril 19, 2020

Many thanks to Dan Witter for providing the digital files for the 1970 Early Spring Concert. He brought quite a few programs to the table and while it’s taken me far too long to get them posted, I think, Dan, that I have all of your submissions online now. Please join me in thanking Dan for all of his hard work. Click on the link above to listen. Dan Wolfe, 74 & 76JC
